Individual Therapy

Meet with your therapist one-on-one to work through trauma, unpack your presenting issues, and set goals for the future. Sessions are available for adults and teens.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Private Pay Only)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an interactive psychotherapy technique used to alleviate the symptoms of trauma related stress. it allows you to unpack traumatic memories and target symptoms of trauma.

Group Therapy

Gather with a small group of growth-oriented individuals, facilitated by a clinician. Practice self-and-other compassion and find community in your shared experiences as you heal from racial/cultural trauma.

Clinical Supervision

Licensed clinical supervisors are available for Limited Licensed Counselors (LLC) pursuing their LPC credentials in the State of Michigan.

Clinical Supervision

Licensed clinical supervisors are available for limited licensed clinicians pursuing their LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LMSW/LCSW (Licensed Master/Clinical Social Worker) credentials in the State of Michigan.
