Are you struggling with competitiveness, time urgency, impatience, workaholism, perfectionism and high stress levels?
As a high-performing professional, the pressure can feel crushing at times. It can seem like you’re constantly trying to prove yourself by excelling in a demanding career. I can relate–I thrive on being a high-achieving, Type-A goal-setter. I’ve faced my own fair share of imposter syndrome and perfectionist tendencies. And I’ve learned that when the pressure becomes too much, it’s time to take a look inward.
Therapy is the place to get to know yourself in a nonjudgmental environment. I see you as the star you truly are, and I want you to learn to see yourself that way, too. It’s easy to get caught up in being overly critical, especially when you feel as though your worth is based on numbers or dollars. But here’s the truth: Your worth doesn’t have to be determined by your career identity or the amount of money you bring to the table. Your true worth is inherent, indomitable, and unique.
I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Michigan, and I’ve been practicing therapy for 9 years. My primary therapeutic modalities are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. Together, we’ll embark on a journey that envelops you in self-love and frees you from performance anxiety. You’ll learn to set boundaries that release yourself from people-pleasing so you can center your needs. You’ll learn to honor yourself in a way that fosters joy, contentment, and peace.
Consider me your compassionate coach. I can’t wait to work with you!
