Therapy Approaches
Cognitive Behavioral
We identify negative thoughts about current issues. Then, we figure out a course of action to work through them.
Motivational Interviewing
This method helps people resolve their ambivalent feelings and insecurities to change a person's behavior.
Psychotherapy
We talk through, examine, and gain insight into difficulties faced by individuals, relationships, or families.
Mindfulness
Reawaken oneself to the present and live in the moment, rather than dwelling on the past or anticipating the future.
